Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• We ship by UPS, USPS and FedEx
• We reserve the right to change the selected shipping method when necessary to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• A physical address is required for all domestic orders. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are handled exclusively by USPS.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping is available on all continental U.S. orders with a minimum purchase of $99.
• Orders under $99 are subject to a $6.99 standard shipping fee.
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations are charged actual shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited shipping options (Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day) are available for U.S. customers only at checkout.
• Expedited orders placed by 10:00 AM PST will ship the same business day.
• Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations or modifications are generally not possible once the order is placed.
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 15 minutes of placing your order.

• If a change is needed, we will cancel the original order so you can place a new one.
• After the 15-minute window, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Hazardous Material - Lithium Batteries

• Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials when shipped by air and a hazmat surcharge applies. (The hazmat fee does not apply to US ground shipments).
• For orders within the continental U.S., we strongly recommend selecting ground shipping to avoid this additional fee.
• All Air shipments—domestic or international—will incur a hazardous materials (hazmat) fee, which will be added to the shipping cost at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)

• Duties, taxes, and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
• Associated Electrics does not pay or reimburse these fees.
• If an order is returned due to non-payment of import fees and a refund is requested, the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Policy

• Associated Electrics accepts returns of unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise shipped within the continental U.S. for a full refund within 21 days of the original purchase date.
• International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required to initiate a return, and the return must be completed within 21 days of the original purchase date.

• Return merchandise will be given an address and an RMA number once the RMA is filled out.
• Clearance and sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Associated Electrics or from authorized dealers and does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
